Are all your trading cards guaranteed to be authentic?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity on all products. Every booster pack, box, and single card is sourced directly from official distributors or thoroughly inspected by our in-house experts.
How do you ensure cards are not damaged during shipping?
We take collector-grade precautions. Single cards are shipped in sleeves and top-loaders, while sealed products are bubble-wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent corner dings or punctures.
What is your return policy for sealed products?
Sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the original factory shrink-wrap or seal remains intact. Due to market volatility, we cannot accept returns on opened packs or boxes.
How long does domestic shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you offer pre-order price guarantees?
