At TCGHOBBY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
